Of Reunions...

Julie came to see me! After TWO years! yay yay yay. We were very happy to get to hang out together, play piano(though she's alot better than me), go for our long walks, eat ice-cream, and just be plain foolish!
I'm gonna miss her when she leaves again.
We really must make a trip together.

Fotos de Italia (para mi Ozie....)

Si si...we're back..alll of us....plus some of Crystal's family from japan. It's great to be back! I promised Ozie lots of pictures (as you can tell from the above title) and I won't keep her hanging for long.
We haven't really done much, seeing we just got here yesterday. But we did go for pizza already...nice pizza, and my beloved library of course.
Anyway, here are some pics we took.

Nasty Times

I can't say I know much of what's going on, except that I'm very confused right now. When I say "Nasty times" I twistedly quote "Hard Times" from Charles Dickens, a brilliant man much better at explaining emotions than I am. The book hasn't much to do with this, but I liked the title anyway. I don't know what to do, where to go from here. I don't know how to fix the messes, how to build the bridges I've torn down. In the end I'll just make a thicker wall...

My Heros

Alone

From childhood's hour I have not been
As others were; I have not seen
As others saw; I could not bring
My passions from a common spring.
From the same source I have not taken
My sorrow; I could not awaken
My heart to joy at the same tone;
And all I loved, I loved alone.
Then- in my childhood, in the dawn
Of a most stormy life- was drawn
From every depth of good and ill
The mystery which binds me still:
From the torrent, or the fountain,
From the red cliff of the mountain,
From the sun that round me rolled
In its autumn tint of gold,
From the lightning in the sky
As it passed me flying by,
From the thunder and the storm,
And the cloud that took the form
(When the rest of Heaven was blue)
Of a demon in my view.

-Edgar Allen Poe

For this next one, if you can't understand spanish, all I can say is I'm sorry and tough luck.

Vida

Just for the record, I think spanish have some amazing poets and to be able to read them in original language rocks.

Happy Birthday Mommy

Si, Tanti Auguri mamma.
Well, I'm sorry that you have to be spending your birthday working away, and that I'm home hogging your computer so you'll only see this in a couple of days.
But know that your a cool mom and don't look 50.

Mournful Moments...

Mina, mourn with me...mourn truly, madly, deeply.
They have fallen, like valient men, but fallen nontheless. At the hands of...well...simply put, yucky men. We hope to see them back victourios soon enough, and I doubt we will be dissapointed. But for now, we mourn.

I am yet living

Hello once more all my faithful followers (ummmm, what? you might be saying, not blaming you). It is April's Fools, and I have been squeezing my brain mercilessly to conjure up something clever, but alas, nothing comes. There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth because of that.
I would love to make you smile with some retelling of my latest foolish adventure, but I don't know if I've got any. I might have some good stories, but I'm trying to keep this PG. (opps)
So with nothing more to say, I give you pictures.
